1. Our Authenticity Standard
We do not knowingly sell counterfeit items. We take authenticity seriously and review items using our internal process and industry references. If we cannot confidently authenticate an item, we will not list it for sale or we may remove it from sale.
2. What Our Authentication Includes
Authentication may include review of labels, serial numbers, materials, construction, stitching, hardware, packaging (if available), brand-specific markers, and comparison to known authentic references. Some items may require additional review depending on brand and category.
3. How to Report an Authenticity Concern
If you have concerns about authenticity, email Support@Highendestroy.com within 7 days of the delivery scan. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the concern. We may request additional photos or information to support the review.
4. Review Process
We may request photos of the item, labels, tags, serial numbers, packaging, and other details. We may also request a written third-party assessment in some cases. Do not discard packaging until the review is complete.
5. Outcomes / Remedy
If an item is confirmed to be counterfeit, we will provide a return process and issue a refund to the original payment method after the item is returned and inspected. Remedies are limited to the original purchase amount paid for the item.
6. Important Notes
Authentication is based on the information available at the time of review. Some brands do not offer official authentication services. We may rely on third-party resources where appropriate. Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible.
